On June 1, 2023 at 3:05 pm Virus Police Report on the same day at 4:12 pm
2) Police Constable MACARANDANG Report dated June June 1, 2023 at 4:12 pm.
I am writing to you three days after my discharge from the hospital which was due to my injuries sustained from the same accident mentioned above.
As you see, I am "forwarding" to you the email I sent to the Insurance people on June 7, 2023. It includes a copy of the front left driver side Door PICTURE. . THE ONLY DIRECT IMPACT DAMAGE .
But above all , the S.D. Card from the front and rear video / audio recording of the last 15 minutes from the impact.
I was called "to hear an ant walking in the street.
I was called "to see a rat running with a stick a mile away."
The fire truck targeted the driver side of our vehicle . The Fire Truck had no flashing lights. The Fire truck had no Sirens. .
PC MACARANDANG was at the crash site way after the crash and he came to the ER looking for Ziad for his Driver Licence and Insurance. He was "upset" that Ziad was alive. He violently checked his wallet for them.
Then he came to me and handed me the "Ticket" .
Officer MACARANDANG LIED IN HIS TICKET THAT WE DID NOT STOP FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLE !
The Fire Truck driver intended to kill Ziad Anani

The driver of the Fire Truck who drove the Fire Truck into us on June 1, 2023 is a 37 years old man . He was hired by the Fire Department just one month before he hit us. His salary is $9,000 a month.

According to the medical institutions in Windsor, Ontario, I suffered "minor injuries" with Broken Nick, with nick bracelet ( MIAMI J SELECT - RIGID) for $80 which OHIP does not cover, and Andrea suffered "severe injuries" with broken back, with "back bracelet" ( Special Order) for $950 which OHIP does not cover as well . The "Investigator" from the "Colledge of Physicians" gave them a "Clean Bill of Health" and now they are like wild wolves or better yet, like wild coyottes, roaming the Streets of Windsor from one Hospital to the other, from a Clinic to Clinic , sabotaging our Health System under the Cover and Protection of ALL THREE LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT S. They put a dent on the Medical Profession world wide. Doctors in the rest of Ontario are in shock. Doctors across Canada are in shock. Doctors without Borders are shocked !! The Medical Profession is one of the most imune to corruption in the world , with exceptions like in Ontario , Canada where the way of life under the the current "legal systems", which basically comprises of the Courts System and the local Police Service, is a perfect example of Facism and Dectatorship running under the supervision of the Attorney General of Ontario . The Attorney General of Ontario must be held accouuntable under the Canada Criminal Code . No one is above the law escecially the Criminal Code, from the Prime Minister of Canada to the Minister of Justice to the Minister of the National Safety to the "Early Retires RCMP Commissioner" and all the way down to the Mayor of Windsor. NO PLACE TO HIDE !
We managed to reach Andrea's Doctor's Office that we intended to do originally on the day of the "attempted murder" on June 1, 2023. The Secretary was appalled . She said " The noise of the crash was horrifying - Everyone ran out to see what happen - The whole street was full of people looking at the horrible site. AND THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE NEWS THE HOLE DAY AND HOLE NIGHT AND THE HOLE NEXT DAY. AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. " A couple of days earlier, there was some kind of an argument between two drivers on the same street near your crash and thier problem was solved - but it was all over the TV News chanells. "
Then later that same day we went for the Ontario Health Unit which is accross the street from the doctor's office, and we had to cancell the appointment for the COVID Vaccination, and they told us "they rushed outside to see what happen and they saw the Ambulance people taking us from the crushed vehicle and like everyone in the street watching the horrible event, they all were crying and they all assumed the two victims rescued from the crash vehicle are dead. And then they continued " we were horrified that there was nothing about this in all the news channels .
Even worse : A Health Provider - a Medical Clinic put down two questions in its application for the health care seekers : one is "YOUR RELEGION " and second is "YOUR ETHNIC ORIGIN".
Oh yes this is happening here, right here in Windsor - under the protection of the Attorney General of Ontario
This is a standard operating procedure in Fascist States arrond the world .

We have been hit by Fire Truch . We were driving down on Ouleh in Windsor to Andrea's Doctor Appointment . It is a two-lane driveway . We wanted to make a left turn accross the opposit two lane to the Doctors office. We slowed down to about 10 km / hour speed with a left turn signal. We checked both up and down sides of the opposit left side of the road. It was clear - both ways. I was just about to start the turn to the left to cross the opposit two lanes and Andrea and I checked that there is no traffic up and down the opposit side and I started the turn - and I was still inside my lane - when we were struck by a Fire Truck . This truck had no flashing lights and no sirens. AND ABOVE ALL , WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE THE HILL IT CAME FROM. JUST FROM NO WHERE !!! But since we were hit on the front left side, it must have came from behind and travelling on the other side parallel to us and same direction as us. But , since WE BOTH checked the traffick behind us, infront of us , AND likewise , the opposit left side lanes , up and down with no traffic within 300 feet, we decided to start the left turn at almost 5 km / hour speed and from approximately two feet from the line deviding both sides, we were struck by a Fire Truck travelling in the same direction as us but parallel to us on the left opposit side facing the oncoming traffic. We didn't even see him coming from behind even without flashing lights !! He must have been travelling at the speed of sound with no flashing lights or sirens !!
We were dazed from the impact I was bleeding from my left side and my left arm. I had blood on my left ear and on my head just above the ear. Andrea was out. We were both out . Our Jeep was crushed. The Ambulance people had difficulty removing us from the wreck . They bandaged me and stopped the bleedings . They took us to the Hospital accross the road. Four and the half hours later with no care because they are waiting for a Doctor to check me and Andrea out . No Doctor. Not even a sign on when a Doctor woud show up. Yes, animals in an animal hospital are taken care of much better than this human hospital. Maybe we were targeted !! WWHO KNOWS !! I walked out, still in the same bloody bandages of the Ambuulance people, and I stumbled out and took a cab home. Andrea is still in the Hospital. I cleaned up my cuts and wounds and rebandaged . But Andrea is still in the Hospital. I COULDN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH HER !!
The sad thing is that everyone in Windsor knows whats going on. But they are "under the thump". The cab driver who took me home from the Hospital asked me about my name, and when I told him, he said : you are lucky to come out alive !!
Justin Tee and associates new, second hand from CSIS, about so many secrets about Canada and around the world, and in particular, what China is "cooking" or what Moscow is "cooking" . Then, at least, they must have known about what is going on in Windsor. That's of course if they are not in the "loop" directing the "operations" themselves !! If they are not caught red handed and made to "pay for their crimes" in due course, THEN THEY CANNOT ESCAPE FROM HISTORY. HISTORY WILL TELL ALL ABOUT THEM !!
Historically, with all the "might" of the "KGB" and all the "might" of the "GISTABO" etc. etc. , these regimes went down in due course . GROUNDS IN SUPPORT OF MOTION (INCLUDING RULE AND STATUTORY PROVISIONS RELIED ON)
1) On or about December 2021, the Defendant Faraj Sharway appointed Mr. Kyriazacos as his attorney to represent him in this matter.
2). Mr. Kyriazacos , a Lawyer Registered with Ontario Law society , is expected to act and behave per the Rules and Laws of the Land and the Rules of the Courts of this Land.
3. In this Simplified Procedures action, the Statement of Claim was filed on December 3, 2021.
4. Mr.Kyriazacos filed he Statement of Defence on January 4, 2022; but the Registry accepted it
5. Mr. Kyriazacos did not “sign” the Statement of Defence - hence its worthless, but the Registry
accepted it.
6. Mr. Kyriasacos instructed his office to take the affidavit of Mr. Faraj Sharawy :dated
a) The Form and Style is not of an affidavit ; but the registry accepted it ;
b) There is no date on the dat it is supposed to have been commissioned; but the
Registry accepted it ;
b) The Person who Commissioned the affidavit is not a (Commissioner) - there is no
stamp/ seal . but the Registry accepted it.
c) The Signature on the affidavit is not of Mr. Sharawy. It is a fraud , the Registry
accepted it .
7. On or about July 15, 2022 while struggling for a “Mediator”, the Mediator requested the hearing to be by “Zoom” and both parties accepted that.

8. The Plaintiff computers and other electronic equipment were “hacked” and the Gmail accounts were rendered “inoperative”
9. The Plaintiff requested to attend the “Mediation ” Conference in person and was accepted.
10. On or about October 10, 2022, the parties are to attend the hearing for a date of the
Pre-Trial. by Zoom
11. On or about October 15, 2022, the Plaintiffs new electronic equipment were “hacked” again .
12. On or about October 15, 2022 the Plaintiff advised that he cannot attend the hearing by Zoom
13. The Plaintiff asked Mr. Kyriazacos to relay the Plaintiffs request for the Pre-Trial hearing to be Either in November or the latest in December 2022 for the Pre-Trial bearing in mind of the Rules governing the Pre-Trial.
14. Against the Rules , and pursuant to the request of Mr. Kyriazacos , the Pre-Trial was set on April 20, 2024. Eighteen months - a year and the half later !!
15. Then, suddenly, on May 15, 2023, the Defendant files and serve a Notice of Motion for Summery Judgment not in “form” or in “content” by a “Simplified Procedures Motion” per the Rules.
16. The allegations in the Defendant s “Motion for Summery Judgment” dated May 15, 2023 is unacceptable in any court of law in any Democracy. Most of it are insults.
17. On May 17, the Plaintiff filed and served an “instantaneous” response in the form of a Statement of Defence to the Defendants allegations. The Plaintiff recommended that he seeks ” Psychological ” treatment rightaway.
18. The Plaintiff verily believe that Mr. Kyriazacos exerted horrendous pressure on the Court Services in the Windsor Courthouse to have his way, the wrong way.

19. Transferring this “Simplified Procedure Action” to the Superior Court of Justice in London is a great relief for the Court Services in Windsor in one hand and provides both parties of this action with equal access to Court .
20. . It was found that the principles of Rule 13.1.02(b) of the Rules of Civil Procedure were best encapsulated in the 2018 decision of Smartcentres Management Inc. v. Chubb Insurance Company of Canada, which stated:
“A plaintiff has a prima facie right to select a venue for an action. The onus is on the moving
party to show that it is “in the interest of justice” to transfer the action having regard to the factors outlined in Rule 13.1.02(2)(b).”
21. The plaintiff’s right to choose the venue is a right which should not be abrogated lightly. The court is to consider a “holistic” application of the factors outlined in the rule to the specific facts.
The Plaintiff / Motion mover ensured that it has compelling reasons for the transfer and that all factors are taken into consideration when making the request.
Rule 13.1.02 (2)(b) that a transfer is desirable in the interest of justice, ,having regards to:
(iii (vii) any advantages or disadvantages of a particular place with respect to securing the
just, most expeditious and least expensive determination of the proceeding on its
merits,
( viii) whether judges and court facilities are available at the other county, and
(ix) any other relevant matter. O. Reg. 14/04, s.
Rule 13.1.2(3.1) Despite rule 37.03 (where motions to be brought) and subrule 76.05 (2) (place of in-person hearings), a motion under subrule (1), (2) or (3) may be brought in the county to which the transfer of the proceeding is sought, in which case, if the motion is to be heard in person, it shall be heard in that county. O. Reg. 689/20, s. 12 (1).
13.1.02 (4) If subrule (1) does not apply, the regional senior judge in whose region the proceeding was commenced may, on his or her own initiative and subject to subrules (5) and (6), make an order to transfer the proceeding to another county in the same region. O. Reg. 14/04, s. 10.

13.1.02 (5) Before making an order under subrule (4), the regional senior judge shall direct the parties to appear before him or her, by personal attendance or by telephone conference or video conference, to consider whether the order should be made. O. Reg. 14/04, s. 10; O. Reg. 689/20, s. 12 (2).

TRANSFER MOTION TO LONDON FROM WINDSOR
My name is Ziad Anani and I am the one who sent to the Superior Court of Justice in London the Simplified Procedures Motion to TRANSFER the Action from Windsor to London by fax on May 23, 2023.
The sequence of events are as follows ( From Your "attachment" below of my 9- page fax to you , the SCJ Windsor and the Defendant dated June 14, 2023 - today ! ) :
1) I filed the Transfer Motion with the Superior Court of Justice in London on May 23, 2023, by fax transmission. - ( page # 7)
2) The proof of filing with the SCJ London by fax on May 23, 2023 at 8:37 am ( page #8) .
3) Consequently, ONTARIO COURTS HAVE GRANTED ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING COURT CASE : ANANI vs SHARAWY - on the same day of May 23, 2023 at 1:23 pm - (page # 4).
4) I further served the Defendant's Lawyer with a copy of the Motion.
5) THE DEFENDANT confirmed receiving the noted Motion to Transfer on May 30, 2023 - 1:48 pm - Page # 6.
6) There was no challenge to the Motion to Transfer.
7) On June 1, 2023, the Plaintiff / Motion Mover Ziad Anani, while driving at a speed of 5 km/hr. was broadsided by a truck on a main peaceful street. The SUV was demolished and Ziad Anani and Andrea Anani seriously injured . They were freed from the wreck and Ambulances rushed them to the nearby Hospital. They were sent home today June 4, 2023 . They spent the time in between ERs and Ambulances from JUNE 1, 2023 Until this day of June 14, 2023 and then to find outrageous court events .
8) The Defendant served the Appellants with the Motion for Summary Judgment with a "peculiar" name of the "Superior Court of Justice" without naming the location.
9) Since this matter put doubts on the "Intended location of the Court" , The Plaintiff / Respondent
decided to clarify the matter.
10) The Plaintiff / Respondent made that 9-page fax dated June 14, 2023 , the day they came home from the Hospital, which clarified London Super Court of Justice as the place of Jurisdiction of the Action , which was never challenged or disputed by the Defendant or by the Court Authorities in either location.
At this point in time , when the Defendant acknowledged receiving the Plaintiff's Motion to Transfer
on May 30, 2023 AND the London SCJ similarly acknowledged receiving the Motion to Transfer by fax on the same day of May 23, 2023 at 1: 38 pm and which already has the fax confirmation that it is sent to SCJ London, it is imperative that a solution to this matter is extremely logical and as follows:
1) Adjourn the Motion of the Defendant for Judgment from June 20, 2023 to July 20, 2023 or so,
2) Since there has been no decision made with respect to the Transfer, this will give ample time for the Senior Regional Judge to decide the Motion.
3) Justice must be served , I believe !!

You’re referring to a proof of filing from London SCJ on page 7 of your faxed documents (attached), but that confirmation of filing is from GK Law Firm Professional Corporation – not from the London Superior Court of Justice. Additionally, we never received any motion record or any materials regarding this transfer you’re asking about. From the records dated March 19, 2023 the “Last Refill” was on January 16, 2023. That is 62 days from that date. The pharmacy kept reminding you for a refill with no avail. The pharmacy renewed the request for a refill a few days ago. They requested a refill for at least 30 days to save my life and giving you time to review your “life threatening” policy. Instead of ordering REGULAR “REFILLS” for at least SIX Months at a rate of two canisters per month as originally prescribed, you maliciously ordered ONE CANISTER instead of two. The Pharmacy went out of its way to help Such action is a threat on my life and constitute an “attempted homicide”. Windsor Police dealt with an identical situation like this in November 2020 but now the workload on them is too high and pursuant to Section 494-1 and 2 of the Criminal Code I will make a “Citizen Arrest” on you and hand you over to the Police if you don’t resume ordering my Regular prescriptions immediately.

I need help . to help you help me - I am sending to you, by fax to save time, the history of this problem. It is a copy of the last two years of NEGLECT by Dr. Ben Mosa .
I started with him maybe three years ago . It was hard to get an appoint with him.
Almost two years ago I went to a Walk in Clinic complaining about my throat and the Doctor there sent me to him. Dr. Ben did Endoscopy on me. Yes, almost two years ago.
Since then, his office gave me so many phone appointments which he never kept.
Finally, in my last fax, I begged him to give an appointment. No chance !! I am faxing this history hoping it will help. I am not going to ER or Hospitals. What I need is help of medication or whatever. You can see from the faxes that in one of them, he was supposed to refer me to a Dietritian. I HOPE EVERYONE IS OK AND I CAN GET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SINCE THE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED , I PREFER TO HAVE IN YOUR OFFICE APPOINTMENT .
AS A PRELIMINARY FEED BACK, I AM FEELING MUCH BETTER IN MY THROAT. HOWEVER, THE BUILD UP OF GASES IN MY STOMACH IS GETTING VERY MUCH WORSE. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE VERY SOON OTHERWISE THEY WILL GO THROUGH THE DIAPHRAGMATIC HERNIA AND COLLAPSE MY LUNGS .
Dr. Siraj , I almost died last night. Maybe I stay with a dietitian until I GO FOR THE HERNIA SURGERY.

Good evening.
I am sorry but I just couldn't wait u ntil the morning.

I received this forwarded email from Dr. Naji.
No matter of the differences, disagreements or whatever between an MD and the patient, it is a crime to stop the medication even on enemy wounded in war time. . He stopped the medication since January 1, 2023 , except one HFA in April.
I sent him a fax on May 8, 2023 cancelling my appointment on May 11, 2023.
Today he sent me an email on my other e mail address at Google Account . He attached my fax document with a notification from him saying many bad things. But that can be settled one way or the other. However, he addmitted that he stopped my medication from January and then will not continue with the medication and he "FIRED" me . He sounded like Hitler in condemning and threatening me and his dicicion to refer me to Dr. Chaker, as my family Doctor .
All his personal threats can be dealt with but not the "stopping the medication" which in reality he stopped it since January and all this time I have been counting on personal relation to get medication.
Today, after I received his email, I went to a walk-in-clinic for the asthma medications. The doctor looked at me in a strange way and said "You go home and I will talk to your farmscy" . He must have read something about me in my file. Antways, I went to the Pharmacy and checked with them many times. He never called the Pharmacy.
I am going to try again tomorrow with a different walk-in-clinic and see what happens. If the same thing happens again, then iI have to defend myself. The story of "arrsting" was a joke. This I will have to defend myself !!!

1) , The Supreme Court of Canada has developed an Electronic Filing Portal that will make it easier for parties to file documents. The web-based portal allows users to upload multiple documents per case and it took effect on January 30, 2023 .
2) On May 7, 2023 the Applicants / Motion Movers successfully submitted a “Motion to the Chief Justice or a Judge ” using the Portal and received the following Automatic response of “Electronic Filing” as follows :
3) On May 9, 2023, and as per the instructions, the Applicants / Motion Movers sent an email to the Registry “asking for update” on the filing process of the “Motion”.
4) Until this day of May 11, 2023, there is no response from the Registry.
5) There has been three previous different attempts by the Applicants to file Documents to the Registry of the Supreme Court of Canada with no avail.

I watched the soap opera on the Hill today.
A few years ago, Stephen Harper and his gang sneaked on the Progressive Conservative and took over the Party. Ask Joe "who".
Ignattief did the same thing. He sneaked on the Liberals and took over the Party. Ask Bob Rae.
Bob Rae (when he was NDP) was elected in 1990 on the platform of the "No Fault Auto Insurance" which was nursed and nourished by Mr. (A.. "I forgot his name"), a very close friend of his. He stabbed him in the back and threw him out of the Government and the No Fault out of the window.
Bob Rae thought he can sneak on the Liberal Party faster than Ignatieff. Ask Jack Layton.
Mr. Layton, you are surrounded by a pack of wolves and I don't envy you.

Canada's New Democrats condemn the unacceptable escalation of violence
in the Middle East that has led to the death and injury of so many
civilians. We have called upon the Harper government to demonstrate
leadership and push for an immediate end to the aerial bombing of Gaza,
the blockade of aid to civilians, and the indiscriminate rocket attacks
on Israel.
Regrettably, the Conservative government's disappointing response has
hurt Canada's role as a potential partner in bringing an end to the
current crisis in Gaza.
NDP Foreign Affairs critic Paul Dewar continues to challenge the failure
of the Harper government to support the delivering of aid to civilians
and the monitoring of any ceasefire. "We should be supporting

see Canada's voice join others to look for a peaceful resolution in the

But first let’s have a look at what our neighbours in the south are doing.
The US Attorney General , including the thousands working in his Ministry, are working vehemently to improve the lives of the people of the USA
“For the first time ever, the new definition includes any gender of victim and perpetrator, not just women being raped by men.
In a victory for survivors of rape and their advocates, the Attorney General (of the United States of America) announced a newly revised definition of rape . The change sends an important message to all victims that what happens to them matters, and to perpetrators that they will be held accountable. It was because of the voices of survivors, advocates, law enforcement personnel and many others that FBI Director Robert Mueller was able to make this important change within the FBI’s Uniform Crime Report (UCR) Summary Reporting System (SRS).
“Forcible rape” had been defined by the UCR SRS as “the carnal knowledge of a female, forcibly and against her will.” That definition, unchanged since 1927, was outdated and narrow.
The new definition is: “The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
AND
it’s goal is to “clarify”, “identify” , and “define” “Rape” .
Our “sleeping ” Attorney General ” of Canada and his Department should take note of.
But they won’t !! They are busy covering up the Crimes of so many !!
“It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the “new” and “coming” Attorney General of Canada AND all “nine” Provincial Attorney Generals to implement it from Coast to Coast to Coast.

1) Every Immigrant / Immigrant seekers to Canada , Legal or otherwise, must declare upon entering Canada and in writing, his / her religion .
2) Every tax payer in Canada must check one of the following “BOX”s in the Tax Returns FORMS = Christian | Jewish \ Moslem | Atheist | Others. (Just like “Election Canada” )
3) No one can change his / her religion WITHOUT FIRST SIGNING A “CONSENT DOCUMENT” that he is doing that because of his / her belief And Not For Any Other Reason !!!

Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has been sentenced to two years in prison in a criminal defamation case.
The Congress MP was convicted by the court in Gujarat state for 2019 comments about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's surname at an election rally.
Mr Gandhi, who was present in court for sentencing, remains out of jail on bail for 30 days and will appeal.

GTA resident Domenico Cugliari has been deported to Italy after Canadian authorities successfully argued that he is an active member of the ’Ndrangheta, a global Mafia strain originating in southern Italy.

My name is Ziad Anani ; born on December 9, 1935 in the city of Jerusalem, Palestine;
I am a retired Airline Captain; Immigrated to Canada in 1969. I have dual citizenship - Canada & US.
Five years ago I moved from Florida to Windsor, Ontario .
THEN HELL BROKE LOOSE !!
Briefly, the Federal Government, under the Command of Justin Trudeau, and the cover of Justice Minister Lamitte and the protection of Mendicino with his RCMP and CSIS on one side of the equation and, on the other side, assisted by the opportunist Mayor of Windsor Drew Dilkens. ALL OF THAT is under the cover of the Attorney General of Ontario whom I had great respect until I found out that he is in the loop.
I am sure, the first thing that comes to your mind is; how the hell did I survive their wrath !!
Well, since I took residence in Windsor, there have been FIVE attempts on my life !!

To understand the gravity of the situation on the ground, it is highly recommended that you start from the bottom end of the website going up because it started with the homogeneity of the Court Services in Windsor Courts, and all are still there, with the blessing of the Attorney General of Ontario, then followed by the Federal Courts to the Federal Court of Appeal and ultimately in the Supreme Court of Canada .
The "criminals" are in the Ontario "Court Services", the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal "Court Administration Services" and finally the Registrar / Registry of the Supreme Court of Canada. All are blessed / encouraged / protected by the Prime Minister, the Justice Minister , the Minister of National Safety and the Commissioner of the RCMP. There is information that the Director of CSIS is heavily involved in all of that.
The sequence of events are as follows:
A - Windsor :
i) The Mayor of Windsor Drew Dilkens , who believes that he is better than Jimmy Hoffa;
ii) The Crown Attorney of Windsor;
iii) The Manager of the "Court Services" in the Windsor "Court House";
iv) AND NOW, all the way to the Attorney General of Ontario. Then:
B - Ottawa :
i) Justin Trudeau - 24 Sussex;
ii) David Lametti - Minister of Justice;
iii) Marco Mendicino - Minister of National Safety;
iv) Brenda Lucki - Commissioner of RCMP;
v) ................... - Director of CSIS ( his name is top secret !! - will only be mentioned at hearings !!)
What brought us to this day
In 2019, the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada obstructed justice by "not allowing the Motion to a Justice" -
the Prime Minister AND the Minister of Justice "negotiated" an early retirement for him.
As a result of the above , the famous "Accords.." came to light. So bright that it blinded everyone.
BUT the new Registrar DID NOT allow the old Motion again. THEN a new "Application for Leave " came up to him AND he AGAIN DID NOT allow the new "Application for Leave"
In 2020, the Prime Minister AND the Minister of Justice "negotiated" an early retirement for him.
In 2021, a new Registrar came into the picture . Her name is Chantel CANN....
As usual, she did not allow all of the above.
In 2022 there is a "Notice of Appeal" with "stay of execution" again from an Order of the federal Court of Appeal, dated November 21, 2022 .
Until this day, she refused to give it a "file number" . Again, this is an Obstruction of Justice
The Rules for filing a "Factum and Records" by the Appellants, and that is me, is within (8) eight weeks from filing the Notice of Appeal. SHE PUT THE APPEAL ON HOLD.
I sent emails and faxes to everyone in charge . Just like before. I am making a "copy" of them at the end of this email just before the 4 attachments.
The Executive Branch is determined to support / enhance / protect the culprits . The action / inaction of the Executive Branch is in violation of the Canada Criminal Code. The affected Codes are illustrated in the THIRD attachment below. We are not a "Democracy" anymore.
I am attaching FOUR Court Documents respecting the "Notice of Appeal" as further compelling evidence.
I verily believe that it is your duty to save Canada and Canadians from the jaws of the criminals no matter who they are and no matter where they are until "death do them part" and to charge them in any Court of Law outside Ontario.
Therefore, I am urging you to send your law enforcement agents to Ontario as Canadian Citizens, and arrest them and charge them in your courts of law.
I am saying that, because, first, I was interviewed by the Windsor Police to make sure I don't have firearms with an intimidating attitude. I told them I have a 2x4 and a Baseball Bat. Then the police increased their presence near the CourtHouse, the Mayor and the Crown Attorney. And second, the local Crown Attorneys along with the Local law enforcements are determined not to interfere only but to protect the criminals.
It is very difficult for the "local population" to even think about enforcing the Rule of Law on any Executive Branch. The population in Windsor and the neighborhood lives in fear. In fact, the majority of the population of Ontario are aware of what is going on and that's why the haywild way of life in Toronto is taking place. In fact, the situation is ripe for a coup d'etat.
In light of the above, and as a first step in the right direction of saving Canada, is saving the Judiciary. Starting with the Supreme Court of Canada, the Third Legislative Branch of Government IN A DEMOCRACY ! The Chief Justice has NO AUTHORITY to do anything with respect to monitoring the "what is filed or not filed and why" crimes of the Registry, which are encouraged, inspired and protected by the Prime Minister and his "followers" .
In my view, and because we are too late, we should as a FIRST STEP :
The SCC Registry must be "shut down" by the people of Canada as represented by you, and be temporarily replaced by the Military Judiciary System . That does not need the approval or disapproval of the Prime Minister or the Governor General .
And as a SECOND STEP :
From reading the four Documents attached, the "Chief" and associates of the Federal Courts "Courts Administration Services" are remarkable Criminals and their "ASSOCIATION" with the Minister of Justice provides them with cover and protection . Removing that link to the Minister of Justice and putting them under direct threat of the Criminal Code will greatly improve the situation. UNTIL PERMANENT SOLUTION IS ESTABLISHED.
This is how to "SAVE CANADA" now.
Furthermore, if the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada does not give a "file number" to my "Notice of Appeal" dated November 21, 2022 , attached herewith as Document #4, on or before December 9, 2022 I am respectfully asking that you "Shut Down" the Registry of the Supreme Court of Canada by any means possible. I will also take a drastic measure to protect my interests.
As usual, I don't stab people in the back, even the criminals. Therefore, I will send a copy of this email to the criminals.

This evening, the hackers did it again, and, similarly, on the occasion of the proposed court hearing tomorrow. They "hit" my Gmail again and many other services including the "hard drive" .
I have to buy a new computer.
I am medically unfit for tomorrow's hearing.

Per your email to me today on my Gmail address <ziad.anani@gmail.com> explaining that the Zoom Video Conference tomorrow, October 20, 2022, is for the purpose of scheduling a date for the Pre-Trial Conference that would be suitable for both parties.
Therefore, I am presenting my case, the Plaitiff's case, to the Court for scheduling the date as follows:
1) Pursuant to Rule 50.03.1(1) the parties have to submit the "Certificate of Readiness" atleast 30 days before the "Pre-Trial" date. Therefore a practical day for the Plaintiff would be between November 23, 2022 and December 23, 2022. In the alternative, any other day the Court may order provided we have the minimum 30 days from the date of the Order to the date of the Pre-Trial.
2. That would cover the requirements of filing / serving the documents at least 5 days before the Pre-Trial date as well.

The three different types of dictatorships are autocracy, absolute democracy and authoritarian oligarchy.
A dictatorship is a political regime in which the government is not restricted by the law.
1) Autocracy is a political system in which one person occupying a single office has unchecked and overriding political power. In an autocracy, the government body has absolute power. The person in power is referred to as the autocrat and is usually a hereditary monarch. In an autocracy, the autocrat doesn’t share power with a legislative body or other independent government centers.
2) "Authoritarian oligarchy is also referred to as a “collective dictatorship.” In this political regime, absolute power is given to a small group of people who make up a single and cohesive elite ruling class. This closely knit group operates as a single unit that wields absolute power. This elite group may gain power through inheritance, seizure of power or by election."
3) Absolute democracy is a form of government that is democratic, but not constitutional. This type of rule is characterized by the absolute power of the majority. Unchecked power resides with the majority of the adult citizens or their elected officials. In this system the laws that the majority or their representatives vote for becomes absolute law. No legal or constitutional restraints are established to limit the decision making power of the majority.

Therefore, for the Canadian Citizens authority to Arrest a criminal under the following Canada Criminal Codes : Section 366(1), Section 139(1), Sections 21(1) and 23(1) of the Criminal Code , is fruitless.
For example, if you go ahead and arrest Drew Dilkens, the Mayor of Windsor, and call 911, the Police will come and pick him up and take him home !!! And aplogize for the inconvenience. On the other hand , the Police will take him home and aplogize for the inconvenience and call the Crown Attorney who would come over to the home of Mayor Drew Dilkens and again aplogize for the Police and promisses that this will never happen again. However, if the Crown Attorney dares to charge Drew Dilkens, the Manager of the Court Services at the Windsor Superior Court of Justice will quickly arrange for a Judge to aquit him from all charges.
In the further alternative, the Attorney General will dismiss the Manager of the Court Services and appoint a "Judge" of "his coice" to aquit the Drew Dilkens from all charges>
In the Federal Courts. IT IS EVEN WORSE !!! WHY ?? STAND BY !!!

The Runaway Justice System in the Federal Ministry of Justice, the runaway Justice System in Ontario Attorney General Justice System AND Hence, in the Runaway COURT SERVICES (Regisrty) in ONTARIO and the Court Services in the Federal Courts AND finally by the Runaway Registry of the Supreme Court of Canada, who intentionally "obstruct" the submision of Applications to the Court for "CONSIDERATION" pursuant to the Rules of the SCC .
One of the early cases, and from the evidence in the "attachment" below, a complete case was litigated in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal, solely, by the Court Services. The three judges of the Court of Appeal had their " names printed and then signed and then sealed" as usual on the Back sheet". When the case was appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada , the Rules require that the Order appealled from must be "signed, sealed and entered" and then submitted to the Supreme Court.
There is a backsheet BUT there is no Order to sign, or enter or seal. WHY ?? Because there is no case it does not exsist in the Court Records . It is all worked out by the Ontario Court Services, i.e., the Registry. The details are as in the "attachment" down under.

25) BACK GROUND
An illustration of how the crimes were / and still are committed and how the Canadian citizens are fighting back :
The Plaintiffs (victims) "in all cases" are the same.
The Plaintiffs were clients of the RBC Bank since 1972.
As of 2010, RBC Bank discriminated against the Plaintiffs by means of :
i) Intentionally delay the Credit card payments for seven day and then Report it as "late payment" to the Credit Beraus AND caused the credit rating to drop;
ii) Created a "shadow" account for the Plaintiff in all credit bureas .
iii) The monthly Credit Card payment, which has been delayed by 7 days and reported it as late payment, will go against the "real" account in the Credit Bureas BUT not against the "shadow" account.
iv) The real account is always down to zero , though its late payment, BUT the "shadow" account keeps building up. And up. And up. Until ond day you want to Re-Finance OR sell the house.
v) You have to pay it out !!! .
vi) It took almost six months to explain that to the Bank with no avail. Because it shows its the Bank money and , as we understood, it increases the Bank Profits.
vii) The Bank charged the Plaintiff "Cash fees" on regularly purchased items.
THEN , on December 2017, when the plaintiffs made an offer on their current house in Windsor, submitted a $1,000 cheque as a deposit , of which the Realty cashed the cheque on time, then the RBC bank reported that there are No Funds and withdrew the funds as an NSF, THOUGH THERE WERE MUCH MORE FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE CHEQUE. That is proven by the Banks own Records. Then shamelessly , the bank charged $45 NSF.
The Plaintiff provided the required amount of sale to his Lawyer on closing. THE SELLER TOOK HIS MONEY AND SIGNED THE SALE DOCUMENTS AND THE SALE WAS CLOSED ON DECEMBER 18, 2017. ALL IS DONE AND SALE COMPLETED BY THE TWO LAWYERS FROM TWO LAW FIRMS.
Seven months after closing , i.e. July 2018; the realtor Broker, Mr. Stephan Mustac, wanted the $1,000 amount from the Plaintiff BECAUSE, the seller did not pay him his commission fees. The Agreement of Sale clearly indicated that the seller pays the commission. The Buyer was not represented by any Realty and , therefore, the sellers realty supposed to get the Commission in full.
The Broker took the Plaintiff / BUYER to Court . The Judge agreed with the Plaintiff that the Broker is wrong and it is the Seller who is the one who pays the Commission. But the Judge said : "I am still going to give him the $1000 and his cost as well. "

The 4th floor of the Hospital is dedicated to heart patients only . They put him in a room then brought in a Corona Virus infected patient in the same room AND Locked Down the fourth Floor , the heart patients only floor, because of Corona Virus. Andrea Anani came to pick him up .. THEY WON'T LET HER !!! Anani had to "Walk Out" on his own from the Hospital.

23) In order to live in peace and tranquility , we need to be practical and realistic and face our problems head on.
You can't live with someone who doesn't want to live with you. Quebec never wanted to live with us. Their "uprising" started long time ago. It peaked in 1970 when they crossed the law and the late Pierre Elliott Traudu crushed them. The Canadian Dollar was 4% better than the US. Then the Canadian Dollar took a dive when a seperatist leader won the elections in Quebec in 1975 . It never recovered. Then in 1990 Mulroney gave them the "Distinct Society" Status. . But they still want to be alone. So they had the scenario in 1995 and and they were short by 1% . The Honourable Jean Charea and the honourable Jean Chrestian joined the million march in Montreal calling for 50 plus 1 to separate. They saved Canada as one peace which is an honourable thing to do - BUT that is not what Quebec wants. They want to be alone for Gods sakes !! There is no crime for that. But the crime is when they take it on other Canadians. Its even worse when they allign themselves with any unhappy Canadian . Since 2015, the "distinct" superiority complex of them just partnered with Justin Tee. He needed their vote. Things now unbearable. About a year ago, some proffesor in the Ottawa University spoke out against the discrimination by the Quebec Francophones. Every day he is contemplating suicide !! British Colombia thought that either they take back Point Roberts or join the US. BUT they did not !! They are happy in Canada . BUT Quebec is not . PLEASE LET THEM GO !! The Notice of Motion is for Leave to Appeal an Order of Superior Court , which fabricated and never existed by the Court Services, to the Divisional Court of Ontario.
The Appeal is from a "total violation of the Rules of Court" by the "Court Services" - i.e. Court Registry, of the Windsor Superior Court of Justice, and MAINLY, from the said Court Services for fabricating a "court setting" with a fabricated "court ruling" that never existed AND when a "signed, sealed and entered" Order is requested, the Court Services admitted that there is no Order. AND without the "order" , an appeal cannot be made. This is an act of Fraud and an act of Obstruction of Justice
But the Plaintiff was hopefull that if he made the appeal "without the Order" to the Divisional Court might be considered because it outlined the "Failure of the Executive Branch in all three Government levels to Enforce the Rule of Law"
The Court Services of the Divisional Court obstructed justice when it refused to submit the Motion to the Court.
Then the Plaintiff submitted the Motion Directly to the Chief Justice of all Superior Court of Justice and the Divisiional Court in Ontario AND Copy it to the Attorney General with complete details on the past violations of the Rules by the same Court Services, AND in particular , the Court Services of the Divisional Court who refused to submit the Motion to the Divisional Court, and asking the Chief Justice to make a Ruling on this matter instead of the Divisional Court, and by doing so, he would join those Heros Justices of the Federal Court of Appeal who defied the hemogeny of the Court Services and the Minister of Justice Canada. The Chief Justice, if he so elect, to be a Hero Justice like the Justices of the Federal Court of Appeal, and make a decision. He Did NOT. HE Obstructed justice !

Case # 1
RBC Bank started a series of actions to destroy the Ananis financials. VISA payments made one week earlier and the Bank held it back one week after due date and reported late payments to Credit Bureaus FOR SIX Months. Then the Bank opened a shadow account of the VISA Account in the Credit Bureaus and when the Ananis make the payment , it doesn’t go in the shadow account which keeps building up and thr credit getting down. The Bank charged the Ananis fees on All VISA purchases falsely claiming that it was cash withdrawals.
Then the RBC Bank fraudulently claimed that the Anani’s Deposit Cheque of $1,000 has no funds and rejected the Cheque in collaboration with the Manor Realty owner, Mr. Mustac .
The Realtor and RBC Bank conspired against the Ananis
The RBC Bank was created by an Act of Parliament and the Attorney General of Canada must represent the Bank in Courts
Counsel from the Attorney General of Canada served and filed
“Notice of Appearance” on behalf of the Bank and served it on all parties and specially on the Bank.s LAW OFFICE in Toronto;
Suddenly an Attorney of Private Practice, Denyse Boulet, served and filed a “Notice of Appearance” on behalf of the Bank.!!!!
The same Counsel from the Attorney General of Canada filed a Motion to withdraw and remove itself as a Respondent to defend the Bank. AND the Court agreed

The Rule of Law in Canada has been deteriorating since the infamous "Meech Lake Accords" of the year1990 which was orchastrated by the then Prime Minister Brian Mulrony . It was sharply escalated from 2006 until 2015 under the Etobeco Mugger Stephen Harper. Justin Trudeau adopted the sick Justice System from the Mugger and, because of his mental condition at the time, he listened to his "Advisors" and ignored the advice of the Disciplined Jody Wilson-Raybound and continued with the "sick system" until he learned the "name of the game" and now he is the Master Manipulator of the sick system. Then he fired Jody !!! And now, he is the Master of all Masters. The "sick system" florished under the cover of "Unrest in the World" which effectively started in 2010 and continued in verosity until this day. Its now even worse under the cover of CORONA . Justin T. brings in thousands of refugees from Syria , Afganistan Africa and many other "suffering" countries and threw the majority at the mercy of the Mugger of Windsor. Though it is "from the pan to the fire", they don't know any better and they have suffered silently, just like back home. They are happy that Justin T. saved them from the hell "back home" to a new and different hell than that and they can live by as they did back home and the Mugger of Windsor and his clowns are happy that Justin T. gave them something to chew on. But thats not what happen with the refugees from the Ukrain. . Refugees from the Ukrain rightfully receive the right and propper treatment and the protection of the state , which is very well advertised. But those from Syria , Iraq , Afghanistan etc. , Far East, Middle East and Africa and many other similar Countries, they were and still are left to Criminals like Dilkens to chew on. You are inticing "unrest" among Canadians. Mr. Justin Tee, either you and your Government, protect and treat Canadians equally irrespective of our ethnic origins , religion, colour and sex within the borders of Canada or otherwise OR get out of 24 Sussex . You are hurting your own people, the good ministeers in the Government. But of course you don't care about them anyways. We have enough of your theatrical shows here and there. You intentionaly appoint week people around you and in high positions, so that, in comparison , shows that are strong. You removed Bill Blair from high exposure position to "stifyl up" position, not that he is Not On Board, but for you to shine . You replaced him with a "yes sir" fellow who would silently read and obey "your wishes", thinking that he is going to get away with his "I see nothin - I hear nothing - do nothing" phylosofy of yours.

1) DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CANADA
A fair, relevant and accessible justice system that reflects Canadian values.
The Minister of Justice failed , pursuant to the Department of Justice Act Section 4(a) and 4(b) : TO see that the administration of public affairs is in accordance with law and have the superintendence of all matters connected with the administration of justice in Canada ( page 77)
The RBC Bank founded by an Act of Parliament and the Justice Department must defend it in a Court of Law. In one of the cases in the "attachment" below and in the Federal Court , initially the Department of Justice was the Defendant for the Bank. Then suddenly The Department Checked out and a new face of a lady lawyer from a very famous Law Firm came in on the record, because she is highly connected with the Court Services and with the Department of Justice, and they thought she will beat the Ananis by her contacts. It didn't work. They told her that the plan have changed because of Justice's Webb Order which extended the " "abeyance" until the Supreme Court of Canada decides the Appeal". According to the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada , if the self represented party dies before the hearing , the Case DIES with him . The Lady lawyer objected to the termination of the Anani and walked away. Then Mr. Jordon Witch, the "Partner" came in the picture to supervise the excution of the Anani at the hands of the Windsor Mugger. Hurray

1) The last three Registrars of the Supreme Court of Canada = violated Sections 139(1) AND 24(1) of the Criminal Code AND Section 15(1) AND Section 24(1) of the Charter.
The Department of Justice defended them instead of charging them with violation Section 139 of the Criminal Code, and then negotiated a handsom early retirement instead of prosecuting them in a Court of Law. and they are hoping that the Mugger of Windsor would "liquidate" the Ananis soon and save the current Registrar, a lady whom they made her believe that she is above the Law.

5) Mr. NOVAC , the Manager of the Court Service Operations in the Windsor Superior Court of Justice, violated Sections 139(1) and Section 24(1) of the Criminal Code and 15(1) and 24(1) of the Charter.

HISTORICLY
ONE OR MORE CITIZENS IS CALLED A "POSSE"!!!!
It referred to a group of citizens summoned by a sheriff to preserve the public peace as allowed for by law. "Preserving the public peace" so often meant hunting down a supposed criminal that "posse" eventually came to mean any group organized to make a search or embark on a mission. In even broader use it can refer to any group, period.
As stated earlier, it is safer and more productive, to assemble as one or more citizen, i.e. group, in your Holy Mission to arrest the criminals . Again, you must have the evidence in one hand and the cell to call 911 in the other.
Remember, Bounty is prohibited in Canada because they are paid for the job - and that is called "kidnapping".

Good Morning,
The attached is an evidence that the Toronto Star is a Fascist news paper.
After they approved of the ad for the www.canada-wounded.com and took the money , they rejected the ad.
